Beyond the Transcript: What Readiness Really Looks Like in 2025 (and How to Lead It)
Test scores won’t get your students hired. GPA isn’t a life skill.
Yet for too long, these outdated markers have defined what it means to be “ready.”
States are rewriting graduation requirements. Districts are building Portraits of a Graduate. And career-connected learning isn’t a side initiative anymore, it’s the main strategy.
This high-impact, on-demand webinar features a panel of education leaders who are doing the work. Watch to learn:
- Where today’s K–12 system is aligned (and misaligned) with workforce demands
- Examples of future-ready initiatives, common barriers to implementation, and ways to overcome them
- Key system and mindset shifts district leaders should champion moving forward
Watch Today. Rethink Readiness Across Your District
Examples of future-ready initiatives at the classroom, school, and district levels
Practical strategies to overcome common barriers to implementation
Mindset shifts to champion moving forward
Whether you’re navigating early conversations or stuck in the “messy middle” of implementation, this session is built to challenge your thinking and sharpen your next steps
