Impacted Services: SpacesEDU Web and Native App - Admin, Teacher, Student Account
☑️ RESOLVED - Degradation in Certain Features
There was a service degradation on certain features occurring intermittently to some users over the past 2-3 school days, including in the feed and activities. During the degradation, some features ran slowly or responded with an error message. We have been investigating the issue, and a resolution has been released. We will continue our investigation to determine the root cause of the issues and will release additional site updates as required.
☑️ PARTIALLY RESOLVED - Incorrect Student Names
Certain student accounts were showing incorrect student names due to an issue with scheduled SIS Sync imports. Our Engineering Team has reverted the majority of the names (all names will be corrected by EOD Tuesday) and will be updating the import engine shortly to prevent the issue from occurring again.
🚧 IN-PROGRESS - Some Admin Accounts Not Accessible
There are some Admin Accounts currently not accessible due to an issue with certain student import records. We have identified a solution that is undergoing testing.
Once ready this week, it will be released after school hours to avoid user service degradation.
